Previously was head of the litigation department at Barros, Letelier & González (1998-2016), between 1989 and 1997, was an associate at the same firm.
Founding partner. More than ten years of experience handling proceedings before the Chilean Competition Tribunal and Supreme Court, as well as dealing with investigations before the National Economic Prosecutor´s office, M&A, audits and compliance. He has provided legal counsel in some of the most complex antitrust cases of the past decade, defending and advising both foreign and national corporations.
In addition, Mr. Rioseco has ample experience managing administrative proceedings, relationships with regulators and complaints before specialized courts. He also specializes in designing preventive policy for regulatory changes in sectors including energy, telecommunications, shipping and ports.
